No, it's a tagging system. A user can use the syntax @name (yes, the format is like Twitter) and XenForo system will translate it into an alert and you will be alerted that you have been "tagged" in a post. Useful for getting someones attention in a thread.

Just a suggestion to include some sort of tagging system so that if you're trying to get someones attention or include someone in the discussion you can use the tagging syntax ("@someonesname"). Fairly simple! http://xenforo.com/community/resources/bd-tag-me.386/

Sweet! You guys should set-up a 10 man pug server with 100% league rules. I've played on a couple servers that do this and they have 2-3 servers filled all day every day.
