It's a mod to report team flashers mostly, but Prop added one with option to slay spawn flasher, which we all know is a complete pita thing. Maybe the 5 sec timer can be reduced to 1 or 2 sec to avoid this incident in the future. This mod not only reports to screen (like a kill)...
