i used to spend days at a time making tracks at my buddys house on a program called ACid Music. shit was insanely easy to use. same concept as Garage Band The professional one i think most people use is Adobe Audition or something like that. i saw it in an episode of metalocalypse one time.

i think the ledges in Mid are a little too high, they provide just a little TOO perfect cover to crouch behind in my opinion. im not a fan for shooting at heads as they poke out with no chance of hitting body parts.if i had to suggest anything i think they should be shortened to a little smaller...

some people are too sutbborn to use OSX. i know a guy that bought a macbook pro then wiped OS X off it and put XP on. /facepalm. Macs also run Adobe programs in a more suitable manner for design. Adobe + Apple are tite yo.

i'd say its a long time coming. they're focusing on making the half-life: episodes right now. thier less expensive then producing an entirely new game and just as many people buy them, so they're using that as thier crutch to put off creating a new game engine.
