I thought this never happened. The cards need to copy each other's VRAM to have the GPU's process alternate workloads, or there'll be synchronization issues. Unless there was some development that allows SLI to use all the RAM available and I'm just being a caveman Clearly a cover-up, yeah...

Many servers still run 2003, ignoring all security warnings, thinking they are no possible target. I guess it doesn't matter that much for one-man companies who are self-supporting, though. It's just how vulnerable you think you are, and how willing you are to put a grand towards an upgrade.
