I know whatcha mean and I agree with you, it's just that experience does kind of depend on time spent on the servers, and in reality it's up to our staff to decide if that person will really handle moderator well and responsible.

Killstreaks really depend on luck since most people are looking for a cheap price and for a good sheen/killstreaker. Otherwise it's probably one of the best ways to make profit, since you do make half a key profit or more each time, as mentioned by Baconchops.

Honestly, 14bux I think most applicants with little time on the server get rejected because usually they don't have experience with how things go around on the forums and on the servers. Like with my experience with mod apps, a lot of people apply just for title after coming on a couple of times...
