I've been testing the 2010 beta for some time now. overall, there isn't much of a difference between 2007 and 2010. Some slight changes of the ribbon/main menu. If you have 2007 already, don't think 2010 would be worthwhile. If you're still running 2003 or lower, definitely get 2010.
