Gayroof should be left for CT's to access. T's shouldn't have access, but maybe we can open it up a little more so CT's are more vulnerable while on the roof.

Yeah, this was happening to me a few times today. I was getting 180ish FPS and <25 ping but every step started lagging until I reconnected. Then it'd work well for another 5 minutes and start lagging again.
