Copy/pasting chat logs doesn't really fly as evidence. Screenshotting the chat logs will do the trick.

Mint is most common because you are not likely to swallow it. You make the flavor good you are gonna swallow that stuff before you even think about it. That's why kid's toothpaste is safe to swallow because they usually make in to flavors that kids will like.
