All genuines are "not tradable" when they first come out. Its not that hard for valve to make it tradable.

I agree, I see a lot of people also trying to sell services by logging into the others person's account with linux on their comp which gives the person the promotion item.

Nice application, couple things to note-Your steamID is the steamID32, should look something like this: STEAM_0:1:50995766. This is asking if you been playing on the servers for at least one month and have a total of 40 hours on the servers which you do (4 days+). Server rules are right here-...

It means stick around on the forums and in game. Applications can take up to three months or longer to process so you have to be very patient.
