There's no link inside that doesn't lead to Steam Support, and it is sent by Steam it seems. It seems like a very feeble attempt indeed. Or Steam messed up. Opened a ticket with support, let's see what they say.

I just got dozens of e-mails from Steam saying that the Steam acct. associated with my e-mail was ____ (What it actually is isn't important :P) But there are dozens and I never once asked Steam, can someone confirm what is happening?
