Optimized trade_plaza Map

Hello there. I believe that I have created a more optimized version of the trade_plaza map. I'm not 100% sure if it actually gains any fps, but maybe some of you guys can properly test it.

You'll have to excuse our hesitation with jumping into a map file that we didn't make ourselves. We had a past staff member plant an exploit that he conveniently forgot to tell us about.

He was staff? I thought that he built the map for us thinking he was gonna get mod then when he didn't he added the exploit to give him basically admin powers or something.

Nope. He was staff because he was thought to be a worthy candidate and the fact he modified a map for us was a bonus. It turned out there were bonuses for him too, which he tried to sell. That's why he's no longer staff.
